From January 2011 arrive at Schools Out Club from 8:30 onwards and your child will be offered breakfast and be safely escorted to school with their friends whilsts this gives you the opportunity to get to work earlier missing the leaving traffic from school. If you have a child or children who attend both Breakfast & After School Club at Allestree and they attend Monday-Friday. You can now get 10% off your childcare fees each month. To be entitled to recieve the 10% discount you need to have childcare sessions booked Monday-Friday for both Breakfast & After School Club. 10% discount is only available to those customers who have booked in full time and do continous sessions. The 10% discount is only available at Allestree setting and is only available during term time only.

  • The full fee will be charged for absences.
  • One weeks notice is required to cancel/change a holiday club session(s) otherwise the full fee will be charged.
  • We reserve the right to terminate your child's place if fees are not paid promptly.

HOLIDAYS

The club will be closed for statutory bank holidays for which there will be no charge.

All other holidays will be charged at normal rate.

LATENESS

There will be a charge for lateness of £5.00 per fifteen minutes late. This refers to when the child fails to be collected from the club before 6pm.
